Know when a monday.com automation stops working
Automations fail quietly: a group was deleted, a connection expired, the monthly limit ran out. Automation Patrol checks your account every hour and tells the people you choose, inside monday.com.
Coming soon to the monday.com app marketplace.
What it does
- One alert per problem. When an automation fails or runs out of retries, the people you choose get one monday.com bell notification naming the board, the step and the reason. Repeats of the same problem are grouped, not sent again.
- Broken connections. When an outside connection that automations use (for example Gmail, Outlook or Salesforce) stops working, you hear about it once, and again only if it breaks again after being fixed.
- A daily summary. A short report of the last 24 hours at the hour you pick.
- Quiet hours. Hold alerts overnight and get them in the morning.
What it keeps, and what it does not
Automation Patrol keeps monday.com ids, board names, step numbers, a reason category from a fixed list, times and counts. It never keeps item names, column values, the text of error messages, or email addresses. Uninstalling deletes at once everything it keeps for your account. Details, and the little it cannot delete, are in the privacy policy.
Plans
Free: watch up to 3 boards. Team: watch every board. Paid plans are billed by monday.com.
